Floor Leveling Process

From the initial visit, it is important for us address the specific needs of your concrete floor such as the relative humidity, dew point, temperature, depth of pour, high/low spots, where true-level is, and logistics of a self-leveler pour. All these factors play in to which product and processes are used in address your concrete floor. With that in mind, here is our general process:

STEP 1: OVER_PHONE EVALUATION   With some approximate numbers as to how many sq ft, depth of pour, etc., we can give you some ballpark numbers of what it would cost. If these seem reasonable, we will set up an on-site visit. 

 

STEP 2: ON SITE VISIT/ ESTIMATE   Using a laser, we will find true-level, and discuss pricing/options depending on if we would like the entire floor to be "true-level", or if to save product/funds if we would like to pour to create a "flat" surface. We will also test the air temperature and attributes of the concrete slab.

STEP 3: SCHEDULE POUR DATE   For smaller floor leveler projects, we might be able to complete the project that day. For larger projects, we would likely schedule those out at a future date.
